I already own some Xpansion Tank 2 instruments and have been using SampleTank 2.5 XT which came with it. However I am looking to upgrade to ST3 and have recently downloaded Sampletank 3 free version to evaluate. I also downloaded a free sound pack for it which includes Acoustic Drums, Electronic Drums, Bass, Synth Bass, Piano and Percussion.
The Sampletank 3 Free web page ( http://www.ikmultimedia.com/products/sampletank3free/ ) also says that other free instruments are now available (Guitar, Ethnic, etc etc). However, it does not say where you can download them from and there are no links on that page that I can find. I have also looked in my account under Sampletank 3 Free to see what is downloadable and the only item listed is the soundpack that I have already downloaded.
Can anyone provide a link to where I can download the new sounds listed on the ST3 Free webpage?

I've bought Sampletank 2.5 via Paypal. As requested, I downloaded the Authorisation Manager. I put in my details and it told me it couldn't continue because my E-mail address is already registered. It is, I used to use Sampletank Free.
Ik Multimedia Sampletank 2.5 2So I searched my User Area and cannot find my product which I have legitimately bought, nor the sounds that legitimately come with it. I read the documentation and apparently those are supposed to appear once you have authorised the product. But the product authoriser is not letting me authorise the product because it is, correctly, telling me my E-mail address is already registered. Which like I say above is correct - it's registered from Sampletank Free days. I now am trying to register a paid for version, which I can only access by download, so I can download and use it.
How do I get around this bug? Do I have to set up a brand new E-mail address so it doesn't spit me out on 'E-mail address already registered' and, if I do, will it spit me out on 'Name already registered' or anything similar?

All I want to do is get to use the product I have paid for. If Admin or anyone wants proof I have paid for it, and can give me a secure way of sending it to them, I can provide them proof. I just can't get past the registration software to get to USE it!
